Pictures: 2-5 pictures (Post using IMG tags or URLs.).. Preferably High Quality, but if you give a smaller one, I'll try to find a bigger one (but please try to avoid this and it's only for David Cook).
Text: Any text (i.e. lyrics, quotes) that you would like on the graphic.
Size: if you aren't specific, then I make the blends about 600x170.
Other: Anything else you might want... (i.e. colour scheme, possible where it will be used, etc.)

Graphic Type: Animation
Video Link (youtube, dailymotion, tudou, youku, etc. streaming only please.)
Time in Video (Ex. 0:10-0:16) MAX. 5 seconds
Size: Cannot be bigger than the dimensions of the video.
Text: Any text (i.e. lyrics, quotes) that you would like on the animation and if you want it on a separate frame or not.
Other: Anything else you might want... (i.e. colour scheme, possible where it will be used, etc.)

1 - Does not have to be David Cook related either. As long as the photos are good quality
2 - Comment, respond, or pm me when you get it, because I love knowing you received it
3 - if you would like me to pm you when I've finished your request please add it to the form.
4 - if there is a style you like, possibly a link to it, so that I can see it.
5 - This is based on a first-come-first-serve, so allow about a week for you're request, and if it takes longer than I will pm you, because school work comes first. It will be very fast on no school times (like summer).
6 - Please provide the exact picture you want, or if you want to be surprised you can provide a possible event, series, photoshoot, etc. or even just a quote/lyric/text and I'll try to find images to match. (Just tell me who you want in the sig, but this means allowing room for a lot of creativity.)

I've been doing graphics and stuff since I was 12, and graphic design is a possibility for me (as a career), so this is good practice for me and I love to help people. I was part of a few graphic request groups before and use to run my own site.
