Think about what motivated you to buy the guitar and build your photo around that concept. Was it a certain performance that spoke to you? What is the first thought that comes to mind (or maybe second if the first is what I think it is!
) and really make the photo about you. If David were to see the photo, what would it tell him about you?

And since they said "some pics", not just one pic, you could do one wearing a Cougar t-shirt!
I would either copy the one of him with the guitar towards the lense or maybe get some ACS volunteers in your area to put on one of their t-shirts (that they wear when volunteering for events) and maybe edit it with a title that says "American Idol, the gift that keeps giving" or "Idol Still Giving Back" or something as such!

A lot of us would love to be in the position you are in, so have fun with it! Do you have a timetable for sending the photos to Ebay? I'm thinking they want the photo soon, so instead of waiting until the concert or ordering a Cougar T-shirt, you may need to be creative on a short notice.
One thing I"m sure will help is to have David's music playing during your photo shoot to get into the groove. Maybe a glass of wine as well?

I think you should do your best air guitar pose! Something really fun and funny. Make sure your rubber bracelets are showing. Or maybe wrap your arms around it like you are hugging it, or kiss it.

Well, I'm thinking it'll probably take about a week to have it shipped to me--I guess I won't be eating, sleeping, or doing anything but pacing back and forth until then!! LOL

She likes DC, but isn't "Crazy" like I am, but she even mentioned that I should strum it like he does--in her words, "He is HOT when he does that!!"

Hi there! I should be getting the guitar by this coming weekend, and I am going to have the pics taken over the July 4th weekend. I am also going clothes shopping next weekend, and there is ALWAYS beer and wine coolers in my fridge!! LOL Yesterday was my niece's wedding shower, so that helped take my mind off of things...She is going to be such a beautiful bride come August 2nd...I will need LOTS of waterproof mascara that day!!
