i believe travis is the owner. if not, he seems to be running lots of stuff so you could go to him.

when you click that link, over to the left and pretty much the whole way down is a button that says "send message"

you can go through that way. hth!

Also, at the top of the page, next to "My controls" and "view new posts", is "My Assistant". If you click on that, in show you a list of the forum owner and all the moderators.
