Any Vegetarians out there in DC Land I've been Veg for about 6 years. I tried being Vegan but it's super duper hard when you live in a city that doesn't have any vegan restaurants

I've been one for 10 months, but I'm only 15. I wanted to for a while, but I didn't know how to start. And when I started, I felt great I tried being vegan but that didn't exactly work out LOL

I WAS for 4 1/2 years, but I was still living at home, not getting enough protein, and my dad couldn't take cooking for me anymore... I still can't cook. I'd like to give it another shot though. Once I got going, it wasn't hard NOT eating meat. Those first few weeks are KILLER. I love Italian Subs...

I just celebrated my one year of being a vegetarian. It's really hard because I don't really have a support system. I live in the south and meat was always a big part of meals growing up, so my whole family are big meat eaters.
