It's a hard choice but your siggy says it all for me. The Truth has been my favourite AH track since i first heard the album. It's a 9-way tie for 2nd fave, lol.

Wow this i really hard I love them all, but my favorite has to be Fall Back Into Me!!!!

My choices are The Truth and Makeover.

I have a really hard time choosing between silver and makeover.

But I really love the whole CD!

Yeah, the whole CD are amazing, but we always have one or two songs that we like the best,my choices were Thuth and Makeover, but I also love Don't say a word and Silver.

I dig the whole album.
Its amazing.

But my fav fav fav would have to be "Makeover".
Its certainly the best!!

"Silver" and "The Truth" are my second.
I love the lyrics of "Silver"!

Don't Say a Word as it was the first song I heard from AH it is special!!
Straight Ahead as it hits you hard the music and lyrics
Then Fall Back into Me it IS TOTALLY AMAZING

Let Go is my favorite, but Porcelain, Stitches, Fall Back Into Me and Don't Say a Word are extremely close second.

I really love the whole CD, but my favorites are Makeover and The truth.

My favorite AH track changes with time. AT first, it was "The Truth", then it was "Don't Say a Word". About midway through the season, "Silver" became my favorite. Right now, my fav is "Fall Back Into Me"

Gotta say, I don't skip a song when I listen to AH. I love them all.

"Let Go" then "Straight Ahead"...Gawd, I love that whole CD!!

At first it was Silver. Then Fall Back Into Me, then Don't Say a Word, now The Truth. They are all so good!

I love the entire CD, but my top 2 are "Silver" and "The Truth"

They make me cry a lot....

While I love the ENTIRE cd, Silver just does something to me every time I hear it. The Truth is a very close second though.

Oh mine would have to be a tie with The Truth and Silver

I can't decide from one day to the next: today it is Silver and Straight Ahead. It changes with my mood and feelings each day. The lyrics are so great on each song in the album. Love the premise of Straight Ahead -- sounds like what my ex used to do, talk in circles with the same old song. Love Silver: did David have a premonition here with "second place has never carried me home"? Tomorrow it will be something else.
So -- I guess I love them all. Each one has it's own meaning and beautiful poetry. Man, that boy can write a song, can't he?

The first song that "hit" me was Porcelain. LOVED the opening and the guitar just rocks out. I'm really starting to LOVE Straight Ahead and Silver. And The Truth is really easy to sing along with. The song currently stuck in my head is Stitches mainly because that was the last song I was listening to. That tends to happen...I sing them in my head the rest of the day. I really do love the songs on this CD. How he wasn't discovered before AI is beyond me! Thank GOD for pushing him out on that stage!

It is a wonder that David Cook had not been discovered sooner! He is head and shoulders above a lot of the popular acts out there.

Yesterday at the buses in DC, a fan asked David which AH song was his favorite. He said Silver... then added that he had meningitis when it was recorded.

Oh, this is hard...

1. Makeover (This was actually towards the bottom of my list when I first heard the CD...then one day it just randomly became my favorite )
2. Don't Say A Word
3. The Truth (esp. acoustic...I was the audio quality was better on that version...)
4. Silver (This was my favorite on the first listen...)

Mind there's about this much difference *holds fingers nanometers apart* between the songs. The last nine are pretty much interchangeable. I've almost exclusively been listening to AH and DC's Idol performances all summer...with a little bit of Coldplay thrown in there randomly.

The whole record is brilliant but..

Silver and The Truth are my favourites.

I was so thrilled to hear David say that Silver is his own favourite from Analog Heart. I always have to increase the volume on my player and DANCE when I hear it.. and my family thinks again I´m insane.

I must have listened to Silver a lot because my husband has been humming it for a couple of days now.. first I thought I don´t believe what I hear.. he´s singing David Cook´s song!

Well, actually he has admitted he likes David´s music.. although he can´t get why I must be so obsessed.

the whole analog heart album rocks my socks off!! =)

but yes of course, the truth is my personal favourite. especially the acoustic version! (well, regardless of the bad sound quality from youtube)

then comes searchlights. "you made me fall forever, with no end in sight" is like my daily quote. the man is incredible! he doesn't know his effect on people!

i JUST downloaded it last night! at the moment my favorite is makeover. but that's liable to change
