Did anyone watch the video at the bottom of the page? I had seen David say "I'm going to Disney World" before, but I've never seen that "commerical" where he is singing the Disney World song.....very nice!

Oh yeah, I have seen it before. He is sounds awesome singing it. I love every little part of it.

I love this Disney song, I wich someday Cook goes to Disney and have fun, I 'd love to see pics of it.

DC is behind right now, but then polls can only assume as much. When the two David's CDs come out, that's when judgement day really comes.

I'm on it! btw, I might be wrong, but a few days ago I voed my little fingers off on this one, & I thought at that time Cookie was at 42 something percent? It couldn't have gone down?

Right now Archie's at 59% and Cook's at 40.9%.
..It's weird because you can see the numbers on both of them going up constantly.

But Cookie will soooo sell more records.

Frankly, he already has so the poll is meaningless. If Archie's fans wanted him to sell more records, they should have bought them.

Oh, For SURE!! I would rather have the hair on the back of my neck stand up while listening to a CD than be put to sleep while listening to a CD! (not nice, I know -- I'm sorry {not}) It's my bad!

Those polls are ridiculous and a total waste of a person's time, IMO. I might pay attention to it if each person only had one vote because it would then reflect the opinions of more than just a few nuts who want to sit at the computer voting over and over.

HA! I agree. I have better things to with my time than worry who is ahead on some ridiculous and meaningless poll. I think the success of Cookie will based on if the finished product reflects who he truly is as an artist. If he can ultimately make the rock record he wants, then it could potentially bring in a lot of the male fans in DC's direction. From what I am seeing in the recaps, it sounds like a lot of the men really respond to My Hero and if he can make a that kind of record, then I think he has a really good chance at success.

The Archies are most definitely proving themselves to be very Claymate-like with these polls. What's funny is that particular poll came out right after the finale and Cook was leading by 65% to 35%. The Clayarchmates must have found it and power voted to their desired result. Things like this only make them look bad. It hasn't helped Clay and it won't help Archie.
Something else to note: A poll on MSNBC that has been out for the same amount of time as the Us one (only on this one you can only vote once) asks if David Cook was the right winner. 61% say absolutely. 21% say Archie was robbed. 12% say they like both Davids and 6% say they don't watch the show.
But really these polls are meaningless. The only thing that matters is the Billboard charts.

Believe me, that poll has been spammed by DA's fans. I read it in his fansite long long time ago and his fans have been spamming it day and night to get to that result.
I don't normally post but I like to surf the net on DC's news and stuff like that every night.
