I've been w/ my boyfriend for 7+ years. I don't know where he is at all times either! I can imagine with the type of schedules that they have it's near impossible to keep tabs on someone... especially when he barely knows where HE'S going to be in the next 20 minutes.

Well, this is E! Online, not CNN. The majority of the interview isn't even about Kim, anyway. They do discuss his music, schedule, charity work, tour, and brother -- and then they ask about his girlfriend.

Personally I think Kim may have to get in line because Cookie is racking up new bromances daily.

This news actually doesn't surprise me. David is a true artist, and I'm sure he's constantly writing. I'm sure the creativity just pours out of him. With no real outlet for that during the show because he was doing the covers (wasn't like he could try out a new song during a gig), I'm sure he was at least writing and creating the entire time - in preparation for whatever the future held. He at least knew that it would hold an album -- in some way, shape or form.

I agree. I know this is Hollywood, but they do deserve their privacy. Yeah, it does seem like Idol is very happy about David's win by listening to what that guy said who is with the show. As far as his look, he looked smokin!

Thanks so much for posting this video and your blog about the evening. I've said it before and I'll say it again, David Cook was born to be a star. He is so graceful and real in this crazy celebrity world he now finds himself in. When you watch an interview like this it seems like you're seeing someone who has been dealing with fame for years, he is in such command. So many artists yearn for recognition, but when they get it they fall apart. David is handling all of this beautifully, and that's a good thing, because he is just going to become bigger and bigger.

I think that until the tour is over, the obnoxious reporters won't go away. He's an easy target these days, but when he falls away from the limelight once the tour is over, he'll be alright.
