Cookie says that right now over 50 songs are being considered and some of those being looked at of course are from his unreleased solo album. He is talking in terms of a early to late November CD release. He got to take phone calls from fans and he was so sweet to all of them. Yes, KC was mentioned here, but what DC said was very sweet.

That was the best part of the interview for me was the interaction between DC and the fans. I hope the industry never changes him either. It seems that the success hasn't gone to his head which is a wonderful thing to see.

Absolutely! I think most of us feel the same way. I knew that they had played TOML this morning but I thought it was kind of odd at first since the song hadn't been played there in quite sometime and then the thought occurred to me that he might be doing an interview and that might be why. It turns out my instincts were right.

Pam, thanks so much-I can't believe I missed it this morning. Actually I can, because right now KBIG104 is playing him (and God I hope his new CD gets onto Star 98.7 and KROQ)... but I tune into KIIS from time to time because Ryan is on and you never know when anything about DC will come up! I don't think KIIS will play much DC-it's mostly pop r&b (Leona Lewis, Justin Timberlake, LiL Wayne, etc).

I loved the inteview, I love DC with Ryan, sooo funny.

sarahBETH...i'm with you about that segment about Ryan razzing Jessica...oh to have been inside that studio during this interview. i'll probably be the same way. I couldn't look him in the eye while complimenting him. It would be too much for my blood pressure.

I can't believe I just got around to listening to this interview. It was great, and alot longer than many of the radio interviews! David sounded very relaxed, maybe because he's comfortable with Ryan.

And how cool that a male fan called in! I know some guys already like David, but I think his male fan base will just keep getting larger.

At daily 10 they showed a little part of the interview.I'm sure you would guess the part they showed, its about ''you know who''.I hate the publicity the people is giving to her,it is what she wants, they should concentrade on David Cook and his music and forget about her.

Thanks for that Pam, it was brilliant! God his voice is just so sexy, singing or speaking I could listion to him all day. His voice is like human chocolate! lol. I love how sweet he is with the women and then he's all "yo dude and thanks man" with the men. It's incredible, this ability he has to reach out to everyone, men, women and kids, even celebrities thought he was amazing, Lionel Ritchie, Chris Cornell, Raine Maida. Has any other Idol got the praise from the original artists that David has?

You can tell that there's real affection between Ryan and David too, that was so cute.

From the interview, I too can gather that David sounded more comfortable answering Ryan's questions - probably due to the fact that Ryan had witnessed David's progression throughout his Idol journey. It wouldn't be of any wonder that the latter spoke like he's having a conversation with a good ol' pal, who being Ryan.

Also, I could imagine Jessica blushing all over when she saw David. I'll bet she would've melted the moment her eyes met his.

And though Miss Caldwell had been mentioned, it wasn't mentioned much.

All in all, this is the BEST interview I've ever heard, coming from both my idols!!

That was an awesome interview! The bit with Jessica working in the studio had me laughing in hysterics! Oh man, I could just imagine what she must have been feeling like. The exception is what if is was actually me, I pry would have fainted!

It was so nice to hear David hear such nice things from his fans. I love how he reacts to that stuff. He is such a sweetheart. Loves. More and more everyday!
