I just want to say that a lot of people have put emphasis on David's good looks. For me I appreciate his persona. The way he talks is brillant. He has an excellent command of the English language and I enjoy listening to the interviews to hear him speak. Other qualities that he has are of course maturity and expecially having the gift of muscianship. An excellent musician and songwriter. There many other qualities that he has but those are the things that surface to mind. His persona is absolutely outstanding and it shines. He just has a great spirit and personality.

I love his spirit and maturity so much, however, I also love when his youthful 25 year old self shows up, I forget how young he is! I have also noticed that he is very intuitive. He has a natural ability to feed off the people around him whether it is his audience, interviewers, and the judges (during idol). I thought it was funny how some posts have pointed out he was subdued during the View interview, if you notice the ladies body language, for some reason, they were very stiff and unwelcoming, Elizabeth was the only one practically falling off her chair(Cook-fied you can soooo tell) He hugged the first two, the rest kinda just shook his hand, and that was it he very low-key after that. He is such a gift.

I love this man for his,heart,soul,talent,personality and yes his looks too,which give me something else an escape from reality when it gets crazy!It's nice sometimes to forget problems and just sit drool and dream of DC!

For me, the intelligence and humor just serve to enhance the physical package. The humility and groundedness (is that a word?) illustrate his "old soul."

For me, his looks come in a very distant second to the rest of him, to his soul.

Completely agree. There are some people in this life who just have "it". Can't completely define what it is, but all those traits everyone has listed are part of "it". That "it" also makes them better looking to the eye. David is definitely good looking, but the lure and attraction is due to the fact that he really has "it". He is just so real to all of us.

I think the age difference between DC and The View ladies made the appearance awkward, except for Elizabeth-she is the youngest of them all (I think...) and was very welcoming! I don't know, maybe it was just an off-day...

But yes, DC most definitely held his own with class & style!!

Honestly, David's physical appearance was never the primary factor that led me to love him. I have always loved him because of his dedication towards his music. He has an amazing voice and his song writing skills are superb. Another thing is his humility. It's simply genuine.
