So I was listening to Stitches on my ipod, and at the very end someone (David, I guess?) faintly talks in the background. All I can make out is his favorite curse word, LOL. Anyone else hear it? I'm probably the last to know and you have all known it by now, but I can't believe I didn't hear it before this, since this is probably the 1000th time I have heard it!

I just went and listened and didn't hear anything. I didn't hear any talking at all!

Is it actually at the end though or near the end, because I just fast forward to about the last 30 seconds of the song.

I just checked...on my iTunes it's at about 3:36 into the song. Close to the end, after the long guitar notes start.

I hadn't noticed before - just went and checked it out. You're right - at 3:36 it does sound like someone says something, but I can't make it out.

I just listened again, it does kind of sound like that.

Huh. Isn't it weird that we never heard it before? I listened to it SO many times (my name is StichMeUp after all... ) and never noticed it, until the other day when I was working out and had it turned up maybe louder than normal? I dunno, but there it was. I had to rewind it like 5 times to make sure I wasn't hearing things.

Funny thing is it's my 13 year old daughter's favorite song and let's just hope she doesn't pick up on it...LOL!

I had never heard that, but you are right. I listened to the song just now. My ears are still ringing from having the volume cranked and head phones in. At 3:35 someone, who sounds a lot like David Cook, says, "That's (insert David's favorite curse word here)ed!"

You must have been listening to that song really loud, or you have incredible ears. I cannot believe that anyone heard that. Well, now I am going to listen for more hidden words in his songs.

Hmmm, yep I heard it (had to shove the iPod earbuds in tightly and turn up the volume.) Sounded like someone saying "It's [bleep]ed" but kind of cut off abruptly, like they weren't happy with the way that take came out (which is kind of ironic since, obviously, that take is the one that was put on the album!) But for some reason I didn't think it sounded like David. Oh well, quite an interesting discovery nonetheless!

Yep! I heard it as well! I always listen to my rock music loud and heard the "F" word! Something a little "sexy" about hearing DC swear, I think (just my opinion!) I am glad I don't have small ones around the house though!

Hmmm...do you have it turned up REALLY LOUD in your headphones? I don't think you'll be able to hear it unless you have the headphones on. It's pretty faint, but definitely there.

David says F**k in a lot of his live performances. Check out the newest find in Axium discography, and of course Creep. Here's to hoping he goes back to his old rocker self after Idol is over.

Hmm I don't hear anything and my computer's speakers are REALLY loud. It's funny though. On AI he never struck me as the cursing type. Then I heard the Creep cover..LOL

I haven't heard it, but I will deffinately go crank up the volume on my mp3 now! I find it so seductively sexy when David swears and if there is another song, except for Creep that gets my hormones to do cartwheels .... all I can say is ... awesome!
