Under the section Attachments in the reply box, click on the Browse button. A box will appear, with all the files in your hard-disk/desktop. Select your pics and click Open. Once you're done, click on the Upload button.

Alternatively, you can upload your pics in Imageshack or Tinypic and post its links there. Be sure to include the URLs with the [ img ] tags.
