I know we are all enjoying Lindz's story. She has done a fabulous job answering all of our questions and being super descriptive. As you know, she is entering the Sport your Support sign Challenge - AKA sign David signed and laughed at. you all have an advantage beacause you have seen her sign. She has done a fabulous job and has been super supportive and was on board day one with our request for volunteers to help the American Cancer Society. In the words of the Boss (Scott will understand) "Faith will be rewarded" -- those words have become the mantra of the Springsteen stalkers, and it applies just as much here as well... If you believe, if you persevere, you can make it happen!!!

I also want to thank you for bringing back my own memories -- 30 years ago I had a successful stalking experience (met my fave soccer player, got an autographed ball, a kiss on the cheek and A RIDE HOME!!) So I know the euphoria you are feeling right now, the feeling that you are walking on air, you're a mile high and can't wait to tell everyone in the world how excited and happy you are. You're the lucky one, you have this board and can really reach out to thousands of people to share how wonderful our Cookie really is.

And the nicest part about the whole thing is that you'll have this memory tucked away in your brain, ready to come back to life and make you feel young again -- it could lie dormant for a while and then presto, some little thing will make you remember all over again.

And who knows, maybe 30 years from now you'll be reminded all over again when your own kids ask you for a ride to see Idol # 37, and you'll be as cool as your own mom is and drive them wherever, 'cos you've been there and you want everyone else to have the same experience.

Also thank you for representing us so well -- you're definitely the example of how to do it right!!!!

Congratulations on getting to meet David and the rest. Your pictures are awesome. Me, my hubby and son drove by yesterday but didn't see any action so we went and had dinner then drove by again. I guess I should have stayed!!

Haha. I went to the arena in the afternoon to find out if they were there or not. And when I knew they were we waited until they left.
Saturday they went in separate groups. The bottom 5 rehearsed in the morning. Top 5 rehearsed at night.
Yesterday they were doing a runthrough of the whole show plus their individual rehearsals. You just gotta know where they are and when. I knew they were here early for rehearsals. So I figured they'd practice on saturday and sunday and have today off to rest.
Carly, Kristy and Jason remembered us from Saturday when we met them outside the gate.
David remembered us from my sign and us telling him that we came back and he wanted to make our waiting worth while!


It was basically all luck. Haha. We were honestly just expecting to talk to them from ground level while they were down in the bus pit. He's so great!


We had tons of water! David gave us water! And it was windy and shady so it wasn't all that bad.

It's soooo true!!!!!! My mom was like a zombie! It took me FOREVER to get her to take a picture!

It was special.
We were the first fans of the tour!!
I was the first Arizona fan he met up close and personal (that wasn't working at the arena/catering/blahblahblah).

I just have to say, thanks for posting the bit about us downloading and burning Analog Heart. I believe you when you say that's what David Cook wants.
