On another musical subject, have any of you gotten into Carolina Liar? They're now based here in LA (I think they're originally from South Carolina), Chad Wolf is their frontman, and they have a hit "I'm Not Over" which is playing well on most rock stations (right up there with Three Days Grace, Foo Fighters, Death Cab, etc). They are amazing. They hit a home run with their first major label album this month. The MTV show "The Hills" licensed the entire album ("Coming to Terms") much to the band's surprise, and 5 of the songs ended up on the show's soundtrack. They're literally 6 months ahead of Cookie... first major label CD out after struggling to get it going independently, their website is a blog of all the little gigs they're still playing, and they keep in touch with fans regularly like David does. They still open for bigger acts, but they've got this overnight hit. I love their music, you might too. I bought the entire album on itunes, which is rare for me. I only do that for U2, Coldplay and of course Cookie! Every track on "Coming to Terms" is great. Go to carolinaliar.com. They also have a Facebook page.

Hey Scott; Thanks I love how we are starting to listen to new talent. I did go up on iTunes and pulled down the Carolina Liar music from "Coming to Terms" really great.

I must have been in the dark for a few years; because even with David - and some of the bands that have influenced him - I have picked up Collective Soul, Our Lady of Peace for example and are really enjoying them.

I have heard about them and I think they're pretty good. I'll definitely be checking their stuff out.
