I know that I speak for a lot of people here but seriously now, I'm just so darn sad that I live miles away (I'm from the Philippines). I WANT TO BE IN THE U.S. RIGHT NOW. Ugh. My addiction has gone too far. I ditch my friends just to get updates from AI. I don't do my homework nor study (don't worry, I still manage to get pretty good grades). I made the ART PLETHORA community (a graphics/creativity community) and the AI7 TOUR community @ Livejournal. I made/compiled this effin' video which needs some David-lovin' (and I hope that someone gets to show this to Dave/gets to ask him if he has seen it):



I don't know how to feel better. It just feels that this is the "PEAK" of my fandom and I do not get to witness it personally. It sucks. HELP MEEEE.

Oh Lord, I'm so with you! I feel you're pain. I couldn't be further away if I tried (South Africa!) Ofcourse Lindz isnt helping much either(LOL Love you Lindz) But when I finish my studies next year I'm going to go work in the States. Yay!!!

I reaaaally wish I could go but I'm already spending lots of money for my France thing on Sept. UGH. UGH.

I know how you feel. What makes it harder for me is that fact that I used to live in the states and could have easily gone to see him! *sigh* But, ya know what keeps me hopeful? David's career is only just starting. The AI tour is just the beginning... there will be plenty of other concerts that hopefully one of these days, I can make it to!

I'm with you! Well, you can see I'm from Korea. I sent David a letter on top 3 week and told him that he should come to Korea with his debut album for promotion. Then I can meet him. I hope that will be happen and for all the other Asia too. I'm sad that I can't see Idol Tour but I'm really exited to see all the photos and videos and read stories! I can't wait for that!

OT but I'm still kinda sad about that Daughtry's not coming Korea too. They'll go Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia for concert at the end of July.

Do you know just HOW many people have never HAD a "France thing?" or been able to save enough money to HAVE the possibility of a "France thing?"

I am sorry that you can't go to the Tour. It is hard not to be able to do everything you want to do. But if I had to choose between a concert and France, I would do just like you, and choose France, but I would be really happy and excited about France, not "ugh" about it. C'mon, someday you'll go to a David Cook solo artist concert and scream in French to him.

I totally second that! you sooo lucky to be able to go to France. I would go in heartbeat. I've never been out of my own country...sad but true

i wish they would, maybe if you and some of your friends could send in some mails to Daughtry so they would consider performing in your homeland or at least send a mail to any concert organizers in your country to convince them to bring Daughtry there
