Man, after those 30 second videos I was not prepared for the hot molten lava bomb that was Hello and My Hero . . .
WOW. That is a rock star. I have been reduced to Beatlemania-esque behavior and I have never been like this for ANYONE in my nearly 28 years. But Hello . . . wow. WOW. Cookie truly had us eating out of the palm of his hand. It's as if he's been playing stadiums for years. That was 1000x what he showed us on Idol.

What I liked most was behind all the rock star swagger he still brought out the sweet, normal Midwestern boy all of us love. It was so great at the end of Billie jean when he bust out with "You guys are so awesome!" Even in the middle of reducing us to jelly he never forgets to remind us how much he loves US. The guy really is in a category all his own.

These videos have been awesome. Thank you for sharing them.

Cool. Has anyone come up with a plan for where it would be best to catch the tour bus before the concert for autographs? Where are you guys sitting?

And hearing about Adam last night was great, but watching it today-THAT made me cry~

When I heard this last night, I literally cried I was so happy! I teared up again with this audio post. Can you imagine how it felt for David to have that huge crowd erupt for his brother's good news??? AMAZING!!!

I didn't buy tickets to see Foo Fighters because they're playing in Seattle on a Wednesday night. I'm kinda sorta happy that Cookie is playing "My Hero". This song has special meaning to me because it reminds me of my father and a good friend. Both passed away from cancer and both were my hero's. <sigh> I'd better bring tissues with me to the Tacoma show! Only 10 more days and I can't wait!

Ahhhhh. Loved the wink and smile in the beginning. And all the little crooked smiles he throws in there to flirt with the crowd. Also loved when everyone cheered and he said "I like this!". And when he sings "or is someone loving you" and strums the guitar and taking his hand off after each chord...that is so sexy. And the next time he sings that part, when he moves the guitar back and forth!

And whatever interviewer said he was too cocky? Well...Hell yeah! That is called stage presence, and he has it in spades. We all know the person DC is underneath. But hot damn, the attitude on stage is a huge reason of we find him so sexy! I have never seen so many cfm looks in my life! I don't want a wishy washy performer, I want a MAN, so yeah. He IS ONE.
