Seriously those are some amazing pictures! Thank you for sharing, it really helps people like me to live vicariously through yours and others experiences, I'm going with my mom, or rather dragging her along, she hates concerts and crowds, so I'm sure I'm in for a fun evening taking her along, and I know there is no way I can get her to go early on the off chance that I could meet David too, we're not driving to the venue, so once we have someone drop us off, I don't know what we would even do getting there so early until the show started. (What did you do for the 2 or 3 hours before the show started?) So now I'm feeling depressed, because it would really make my dreams come true to meet him and get a hug. *sigh* I guess I should just be happy I'm going at all, I've gone to see Clay Aiken 5 times and never met him, hoping to each time, so I guess I'm just not one of the lucky ones. But reading stories and seeing pictures like yours helps me feel like I'm not missing out on all the fun.
And one more thing, what all was David saying to you when he was talking to you in that one picture?

Holy Moly!!! *dies* When I was watching the vid. of "I don't wanna miss a thing" and David had mentioned about the book of poems dedication, I thought it was the sweetest thing! Then coming on here and reading about how you were right there w/ the girl who gave the poems to David!!! That is sooo cool of David to acknowledge his fans in the ways that he does!!!! I am so happy for you!! The pictures are amazing...something you'll always have to remember these special moments! I was smiling from ear to ear looking at all of them. And to have David mention your poems - WOW! Shows what an incredible guy he is to do that - can't think of too many performers who would acknowledge that during the concert! Love the picture of you with your hand on his hip -- way to go girl!!!

I'm curious about the autograph on David's hat. I can read all of it except who signed it. Is there a story behind that that I"m unaware of?

He said one of his favorite bands was in Phoenix at the same time as they were and the lead guy of that band signed it, but that's all the fan remembered of the story! I have no idea which band or musician it was! The autograph says "David, U rock! I'm happy 4 you!" then a signature. Who is it?????????????????

Before the show you should be there around 5-6 hours before it starts. The Idols might come out and mingle with fans!! After the show, some of the Idols come out to their buses 10-20 minutes after the show. But David came out about 45 minutes after...so you might need to stay quite a while after the show to see David!

WOW! Way to HOOK IT UP! You're totally touching his... um, hip?
