This was some time ago, but while lying down in bed I remembered it. I'm not sure if anyone else has seen it, I live in a different country so I guess the ads here are different.

The ad showed what 'type' of hunks the guys in the top 8 were. So, here goes:

Jason- Laid back Hunk

Micheal Johns- Beefy Hunk

Archie- Wholesome Hunk

David (yes! the David we've all learned to obsess with)- Intense Hunk

I didn't mind watching ad after ad, in the hopes I'd catch another glimpse of David in this ad.

i don't know this. so i'm actually laughing my ass off right now. okay, maybe not in the literal sense, but Michael Johns--beefy hunk?! haha! and of course, cookie is the intense hunk. shocker!

Beefy Hunk... Well he is one big piece of meat! lol

Hmm. I am not so sure about Archie being called a hunk, but I must agree that the term "wholesome" goes well with him.

See, now I kind of think of Cookie as beefy hunk (not clasically chiseled, but he is rather beefy) and MJ as "pretty hunk."

Omg you're from Singapore! I LOL'ed whenever that commercial came on. The other commercial where they gave contestants advice and played Duffy's "Mercy" was cute as well!

I would say that Cookie is more "beefy" than Michael, who is skinnier and is a classic pretty boy. We really got kicked in the ass with the pretty this year, though.

DC is the hunkiest hunk!! (even if it is a tautology)

I agree with Scott and li'lsparrow about him being beefy but he is also so intense that we better call him a MANGO! HAHAHA That is a Mexican expression oftentimes used, I dont know if it is interpreted the same way over there.

A mango-man is tasty, suculent, a bit sour when young but its flavor-consistency-odor develop into a variety of sensations when it ripes (from sweet-sour to salty, from soft to smooth to firm for your palate) that you get addicted to it.

LOL enough of the fruity comparison (but I do think DC is ready for the plucking, from an horticultural point of view, ja klar!)

It weirds me out to see Archie labeled as a hunk . Wholesome is a good description, though. Jason is definitely laid-back, and intense can work for our David, but beefy for MJ? Nah, I don't think beefy fits him! Unless they meant beefcake?

Actually I'm from M'sia. Iwas watching The Ellen Show on Channel 5 when the ad came on. Yeah! The 'Mercy' ad was cute too
