Ok, guys, here's some of the pics that were taken of the guitar. I think my friend did an AMAZING job--she is so good with pics! I didn't do a lot of the things that I thought I would, but I still like most of them...now if I could just morph Jennifer Aniston into the pics and say it was me...LOL!

It was a lot of fun doing the pics. We all went out last night (and I am PAYING for it today--no more shots for me for awhile--Alcohol is BAD! LOL), and I was amazed at the amount of people that love David! Although, as I type that, I don't know why--we all love him, right?

I can't play to save my life!!! Not a note...LOL! And...I won the guitar in an Ebay auction. All the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society, and the Kansas City Chapter wanted to have some pics of the guitar and the winner of the auction. That is why I had the pics taken...

Thanks, sis!! I think those 2 are my favorites, too, so far--my friend took over 100 (!) pics, really quick, like those pros do...we saved like 50 of them as favorites, so I have a LOT to look thru! LOL

No alcohol was consumed before the pics...those were all done in the afternoon. The beer started flowing around 7 pm, and about 11 pm, someone said "Let's do shots of Crown Royal!" I was like, "Sure--why not?" Aagghhh! Then, a male 'friend' was in town for the weekend, too, so....eh, never mind about that! LOL He's going to my niece's wedding with me in 4 weeks--thank God he understands about my 'thang' for DC!


I haven't slept with it recently, but maybe I'll cuddle up to it tonight!! Haha
BTW, I love your siggy!! Teehee--even his eyebrows are sexy...

Way to go kaskuvr!!! How ironic that a PA girl would have the winning bid on a guitar that has the Rolling Rock logo. Those of us who were born and raised in western PA all know that the beer is brewed in our area. I'm so happy for you. You need to take it to the concert in Pittsburgh on the 29th and get your picture taken with our favorite Idol of all time. Let us know if you do -- we can always use another picture of our hero and one of his fans.

I will be making a donation to you for a very worthy cause. I've lost several very close friends to cancer. Rock on, girl. Post those pix after the concert. Wish I could go. I still may if my girlfriend can make it. Went online today and the only seats left are way at the top corner of the Mellon arena. Our other friends think that we are crazy. But.... we are... for a very special man.
