All I can say is that I was so upset after reading this "recrap" that I cannot even bring myself to post any part of the article here... let's just say they RIPPED DC TO SHREADS this week! It is so obvious that Simon has rubbed off on them this week....

I can say it wasn't his very best performance this week, but COME ON DUDE- it was not even close to as bad as they are making it seem, in fact, I happened to like it very much..

This is why I hate the media sometimes.. they sure are quick to bash someone when they have an off week- MAYBE it's because this is his first "off" week EVER that they are bashing him so hard, but whatever! As soon as he is SAFE I plan to write a nice little letter to them saying "HE'S SAFE ________ NOW WHAT!" (you guys can fill in the blank on this one- let's just say the word rhymes with itches, ok??)

I am sorry to be so angry, I never mean to take it out on you guys, but this just makes me mad that they are treating him like has already been voted off or something.. um, it was one "off" week- and he more than likely will be in the bottom three- but I can't see him in the bottom two.. so they need to chill out!

It wasn't that bad. I mean, we all knew that David had to misstep somewhere. No doubt that he's safe tomorrow night, so why get worked up about it? Critics have their opinion and we have ours.

Heh, well I just got through reading the reviews at Vote For The Worst and Television Without Pity, and believe me, compared to what they had to say, the EW article was pretty mild.

I definitely think whoever wrote this was smoking something. Cinnabon?! I'm gonna have to go rewatch the performace and try to figure out what the HELL they were talking about.

But speaking of incomprehensible things David said last night, I just remembered that I have a question I wanted to ask you guys. At the end of Simon's critique he said something like, "This just wasn't one of your best performances" or "This was your worst performance so far" or something the that effect; I forget the exact wording, but I'm sure you guys know what I'm talking about. Anyway, by this point Ryan was getting ready to give out the numbers so the audience had started to scream and I couldn't hear what David said, but I rewound it a couple of times and attempted to read his lips and it looked like either "Okay" or "I know." Could anyone tell what he was saying there? If it was "I know"... that just kind of makes me sad.

If it was "I know" Then I'm sad too!

I think he was just acknowledging Simon's comment. I don't think he said 'I know'.

Wow, Vote for the Worst is just really harsh to everyone. What was with that big rant about Sanjaya popping up on stage and telling Carly to sing b$%ch and then she gets a record deal, sells 299 copies, and goes insane? The writer on there is crazy. I won't take anything they said about David with a grain of salt.

Haha, that's just the style there. They're ridiculous. But they're like that to all the contestants; that's kind of the point of the site. It's not meant to be taken seriously, it's just meant to be funny. I personally love it, even if they are mean.

when i watched his performance again, i actually did realize what they meant about cinnabon rofl.

it DOES sound like cinnabon.. but he's actually saying "sit up on."
