Happened to me too! I nearly had a heart attack! I thought I was going to have to do actual work today. Now THAT is scary!

yes, it happened to me too...and kept happening while other websites worked just fine...i opened up a new explorer page and it started to work.

I thought the same thing! I was like "Crap! Now I have to finish my spreadsheet!"

Happened to me too!! I was getting worried! Then just a few mins later it came back.. So now everything is okay in our Cookie world

Yep, happened here too. I just waited it out, checked my online college classes for grades, checked out People.com - then it came back. No sweat. It happens. Probably just got a bit traffic-heavy, overloaded the site.

those were the moments when our lives were BACK TO NORMAL. lol i finished the dishes btw

I checked how many users have been active for the last 15 mins and it says 278. no wonder my computer kept freezing everytime i logged on earlier.

The moment when the site was lost..I just felt so LOST too... and I was desperate and started panicking there although I tell myself this glitch happens all the time. What's wrong with me? Have I turned psycho?? You are right..singrosal..it is one of the scariest moments...

Thank goodness I didn't try to get on right then! I don't know what I would do if I couldn't get in. My God, what if you went to log in one morning with your breakfast (come on, don't we ALL do that? except I have to turn the laptop away from my kids so they don't make fun of me for constantly doing DC stuff online)...anyway, what if you went to get on and found out it was shut down FOREVER???
