The name of the band was inspired by a quote from the movie Back to the Future. Weekes and Seaman started playing small shows in late 2016, but kept it secret. They debuted at Emo Nite Los Angeles’ 2-year anniversary event on December 6, 2016.

Why did Dallon leave panic?
He also stated that in the stressful touring process, Dallon was someone who helped see him through to the end. In December 2017, Weekes announced via Instagram that he was no longer the touring bassist. He left Panic! so he could fully focus on his project ‘I Don’t Know How But They Found Me’.
