We attended the first two days of Mount Maunganui’s first ever Test match, v England. We had one day in a hospitality marquee where the Kiwis on our table were friendly and we had a bit of banter about cricket and the World Cup, and some more general chats about New Zealand, their work, our holiday and our background: we felt very welcome.
